Custom Testing Systems
Ion Test develops custom testing systems when standard equipment is unable to reproduce the loading, environmental, or operational conditions required by the application. Our experience includes creep, stress-rupture, fatigue, and functional testing systems developed for industrial, aerospace, and research environments. Each system is designed around the engineering question that needs to be answered rather than the limitations of commercially available equipment.

Environmental Conditioning Systems
Reliable testing often requires controlled environmental conditions. Ion Test develops environmental conditioning solutions capable of reproducing elevated temperatures, cryogenic environments, thermal cycling conditions, corrosion exposure, and combined environmental effects. Our experience spans temperatures ranging from approximately -196°C to 1400°C, supporting both standalone testing systems and integrated validation platforms.

Specialized Fixtures & Instrumentation
The quality of a test is often determined by the quality of its interfaces. Ion Test designs and manufactures specialized fixtures, load-train components, grips, specimen holders, extensometer interfaces, instrumentation supports, and measurement accessories for demanding testing environments. Particular emphasis is placed on maintaining measurement reliability under extreme thermal and mechanical conditions.
